Hawaii

Beginning in the early '70s, the Bosa Family spent winter holidays in Waikiki, until one year they took a fateful day-trip to Maui. Beautiful and peaceful, with scenic views, endless outdoor activities and a welcoming island spirit, Maui soon became the destination of choice. When a development opportunity arose in 1988, it was an easy decision to dive in.

Completed in the early '90s, the Maui Banyan features 256 vacation homes overlooking Kamaole Beach on the sunny south coast. A remaining 12-acre site will be designed to complement the beautiful natural surroundings, so stay tuned for opportunities to share in the exceptional beauty of one of our favourite places on earth.

Oregon

Down the coast from our home base of Vancouver, B.C., Oregon is part of our Pacific Northwest community, but it possesses a unique personality all its own. With a thriving wine industry, engaging urban centres, deep forests and quaint oceanside towns, it's truly got a bit of everything for everyone.

The Portland neighbourhood of Cedar Mill presented an opportunity we simply couldn't pass up - a premium site of 450 lots just minutes from downtown. One hundred single-family homes were built to kickstart the community of Oak Meadows, which is a thriving hub of activity today.

British Columbia

British Columbia is our home base and it’s where we got our start. Our recent purchase and renovation of the historic Empress Hotel in Victoria, one of the province’s most iconic landmarks, is an indication of our passion for the place. From Nanaimo to Whistler, Victoria to the Lower Mainland, we have a proud legacy in this province.

Alberta

As one of Canada’s most dynamic and entrepreneurial provinces, Alberta has been a vital pillar in our ongoing growth. We are inspired by the energy and spirit, and the desire to innovate and improve everyday living. For over 20 years we have led projects in Alberta, creating developments that affect urban life for the better—and we’re just getting started.

Washington

Washington represents an exciting opportunity for us. Greater Seattle is a hotspot for technology companies, and the entire state is a magnet for the young and well-educated. And it’s right next to our home base of Vancouver, which means we have a strong connection to Washington’s culture, environment and community spirit.

California

As manager for his brother’s rock and roll band, Nat first came to Los Angeles to record an album in the mid-‘60s. The rock manager gig didn’t last but his love for California did. Since the late ‘90s it has been our second home, with celebrated developments in San Diego, Irvine and San Francisco. Our objective has been to revitalize and complement urban communities through amenity-rich developments, and our current land holdings ensure our long-term commitment to the Golden State.
